My address book

ANOTHER ADDRESS, AND IT IS DELIBERATE

Your address book is not a page of the portal: it is a separate application, at its own address, derived once and for all from your house's name. That separation is what makes your contacts yours, and what would let them follow you if you left.

You have no second password to remember. The « My address book » tile opens a session there straight from the portal. We hold no address-book password — there is none.

WHAT WRITES ITSELF IN

Three events create or complete a record, without you doing anything:

• A CALL — at the end of the call, once the summary is written.
• AN INCOMING EMAIL — on receipt, even before the reply.
• A VISIT — when a visitor leaves their address on your QR code or your chip.

DUPLICATES ARE NEVER MERGED ON THEIR OWN

Before creating a record, the product searches by address and by phone number. If it finds one, it only fills the EMPTY fields: information you typed is never overwritten.

If the address and the phone number point to two different records, a « Possible duplicate » note is placed on both, and you are the one who decides. Someone who asked for their data to be erased is never recreated.

THE VISITOR WHO LEAVES AN ADDRESS

The visit form requires a consent box, and the server checks it: without it, nothing is recorded. The consent timestamp and the notice version are kept.

The data controller named in that notice is YOUR house, not the platform. It is your name the visitor reads.
