Agentic AI

Autonomous AI agents for art and culture.

Vertical agentic AI, built for art and culture

Generic chatbots forward complex questions to humans. An agentic AI takes the call from start to finish: it knows your collection, your prices, your tours, your accessibility options. It books, qualifies, transcribes, hands you back a written summary — and only escalates when an appellant explicitly asks for a human.

  • Vertical, not generic

Pre-trained for museums, galleries, auction houses, and theaters — with the right vocabulary (consignor, vernissage, season pass, viewing) out of the box.

  • Acts, not just answers

Tool-calling LLM: books guided tours, registers bidders, takes absentee bids, qualifies HNW collectors, exchanges season tickets — and emails you the summary.

  • Your data, EU-first

Knowledge base hosted in the EU. GDPR-aligned data processing agreement available. No data sold, no training on your transcripts.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from ChatGPT or a regular chatbot?

ChatGPT and generic chatbots answer questions. An agentic AI takes actions: books, qualifies, registers, exchanges, escalates. It also has a vertical knowledge base scoped to your institution (RAG), not a generic web index. And it speaks to your callers in their language, not chat windows.

Is it GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Knowledge base and conversation summaries are stored in the EU. Audio is processed transiently via Twilio (EU PoPs). A Data Processing Agreement (Article 28) is available — see /help/legal/privacy and /help/legal/cgv.

What does it cost?

Pay-as-you-go: $0.15 per incoming-call minute, no subscription, no setup fee. A 30-day free trial is included, with no credit card required. See /pricing for cost examples by institution size.

Can it really book tours, viewings, or take absentee bids?

Yes — that is precisely what agentic means. The agent uses tool calls to interact with your calendar, ticketing or CRM (Twilio + n8n integrations) and confirms back to the appellant. For complex cases the agent escalates explicitly.

Which languages does it speak?

11 languages by default, including French, English, Italian, German, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin. Callers can switch language mid-call ("speak English please") and the agent will follow.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. Either forward your existing line to your trial number (5 min, reversible), or port your number to Twilio (2-6 weeks). Both are covered by support.
