Frequently asked questions
Do I need to port my number to you?
No. We can either port your number (Twilio porting, 2-6 weeks), or forward your calls to a trial number. You choose.
What if I exceed my budget?
You can set a monthly cap in settings. Beyond that, new calls are refused with a customizable message. You are never billed beyond the cap.
Are recordings kept?
Transcript + summary retained 90 days by default (configurable). Audio is not stored after the call. Full GDPR compliance.
Which languages are supported?
EN, FR, ES, IT, DE natively. Callers can switch language mid-call ("speak English").
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no notice and no penalty. Billing stops at the end of the current month.
