PAY-PER-USE MODEL

AI ARTEDUSA uses a pay-per-use pricing model: you only pay for what you use. No costly fixed monthly subscription, no long-term commitment. Your invoice directly reflects your actual usage.

This model is particularly advantageous for small and medium-sized businesses that want to control costs while benefiting from a professional AI call centre.

HOW YOU ARE BILLED

Billing follows the channel used by your bot:

Phone calls: billed per minute of active conversation (duration rounded up to the nearest minute).
Email conversations: billed per reply sent, whether drafted by the AI or written by you from the Conversations inbox. The first fifteen replies on your account are free; while they last, nothing is billed.
Carnet assistant: billed on usage, per million tokens, on four lines (input and output, fast model and expert model). Every private account receives €2.50 excl. VAT of included usage credit; while it lasts, nothing is billed. Your usage shows live in the portal, Billing tab. For a public buyer it is included at no surcharge and is never billed.

THE RATES, IN FIGURES

All amounts are in euros excluding VAT. There is no subscription, no monthly minimum and no setup fee.

PHONE — €0.25 per minute of conversation, rounded up to the minute. The first 15 minutes on your account are free.
EMAIL — €0.15 per reply sent, whether written by the agent or by you from the Conversations inbox. The first 15 replies are free.
CARNET ASSISTANT — per million tokens, on four lines: input and output, fast model and expert model. €2.50 of credit when your account opens.
PORTAL VOICE — €0.030 per minute listened to (€0.060 in live dictation) and €0.160 per thousand characters read aloud. Billed only if you dictate or have answers read out.
DOMAIN NAME — €29 a year for the common endings (.fr, .com, .eu, .net, .org, .be, .ch). An ending the registry charges more for is offered at a price derived from its cost, announced before any click.

ARE THERE SETUP FEES?

No, there are no setup fees. Account creation, bot configuration, and phone number connection are free.

HOW ARE CALLS BILLED?

Phone calls are billed per minute of active conversation, with duration rounded up to the nearest minute. Emails are billed per reply sent, after the fifteen free replies granted when your account opens.

IS THERE A FREE TRIAL PERIOD?

There is no countdown. Your account opens with 15 call minutes, 15 email replies and €2.50 of credit for the carnet assistant, with no card and no time limit. While those allocations last, nothing is billed; after that, you add a card to carry on.

WHAT IS NEVER BILLED?

Everything you do yourself in the portal: your collection, your attribution statements, your registrar, your public website, your address book, your documents, your exports. Only the exchanges the AI handles, and your domain name, are counted.
